in Under-Developed locations world wide
- Encouraging participation in joint projects between schools
- Where practicable, organising school exchange visits to encourage

better understanding of Third World and First World teaching practise
- To allow mutual Teacher Training Participation
- Contribution by active fund raising and project involvement
- Understanding cultural differences
- Enhance the standard of Educational Participation of all involved
