The Urban Development and Education Foundation (UDEF) is a non-profit organisation registered in the UK and administered by a professional staff in the United Kingdom.
How is UDEF organised?
The Foundation is governed by the Board of Directors and the Foundation's policies and activities are administered jointly by its four Directors. The Board has accumulated vast experience in International Schools organisation, having established and developed schools, curricula and global successes in
the People’s Republic of China, Kazakhstan and Venezuela.
Our philosophy
UDEF believes that what students learn at school should have meaning and relevance in real-life.
Within a challenging and purposeful educational framework, we pilot the skills and attitudes of global citizenship to work within the context of the community. Our impeccably high standards are maintained
by constant reviews, global recruitment of the best teaching staff and through regular channels of communication and dissemination of best practice from our international associations with global educational organisations.
